The hazelnuts are roasted to bring out their natural nuttiness, creating a classic combination that never gets old — but done here with exceptional ingredients and genuine ethical credentials.

The cocoa comes from the UNOCACE Fortaleza cooperatives in Ecuador — Fairtrade-certified farms committed to improving livelihoods for their members and protecting the ecosystems around them. The chocolate itself is made by a Swiss chocolate maker who offsets all CO2 emissions from production by planting timber trees in the growing areas, generating additional income for local farmers and supporting the rainforest ecosystem that makes this cocoa possible.

The recyclable packaging features the native birds of South America — the Pied-crested Tit-tyrant and Golden-backed Mountain Tanager — a nod to the thriving natural world behind every bar. 100% vegan, organic, and Fairtrade certified.
