Shipping policy

Shipping for most items is free when you spend £20 or more.

Standard shipping costs £4 for items under 2 KG

Multiple items under 2 KG will not incur an extra shipping charge.

The majority of our items are sent tracked with quality established shipping couriers.

Dispatch time is 1 - 3 Days

Delivery time is 1 - 3 Days

So you can expect your item to arrive in 2 - 6 Days from the time you order.

The exceptions to this are -

Some of our heavy & bulky items that require specialist shipping and typically will be delivered in around 8-10 Days.

Some of our made-to-order items, where dispatch may take a little longer.

Some of our artisan products that are shipped directly from the producer.

All orders are shipped from within the UK

Bed Deliveries: Given their size and weight, bed deliveries usually take 5-10 working days from dispatch. For remote or rural locations, please allow up to 14+ working days. We'll need a pre-delivery notice for large items, so please ensure your contact details are accurate when ordering.

For large items like beds, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery date.

We do accept returns & offer exchanges. You have 60 days from your order date to return an item.

In the event of your order going missing in the post, we will replace or refund your item.

Certain locations within the UK are restricted for delivery/shipping by certain courier companies. Other areas are defined as remote locations where exact shipping charges cannot always be determined in advance, particularly for larger items.

We cannot guarantee that deliveries to these areas will always be possible or that additional delivery charges won’t apply.

British Forces postal addresses: All BF prefixes;

Certain areas of Edinburgh: EH35-40, EH42-46;

Certain areas of Falkirk: FK14, FK17-21;

Guernsey: All GY prefixes;

Outer Hebrides: All HS prefixes;

Isle of Man: All IM prefixes;

Inverness: All IV prefixes;

Jersey: All JE prefixes;

Certain areas of Kilmarnock: KA27-28;

Kirkwall: All KW prefixes;

Certain areas of Kirkcaldy: KY9-10, KY14-16;
