This is not a mass-produced chess set. The Artisiana Olive Wood Chess Table is a collectible carved wood chess set and a piece of functional sculpture in one — individually handcrafted from the timber of ancient olive trees that have lived and given fruit for generations in the Tunisian sunshine. No two tables are identical: the grain, the colour, and the character of each piece are entirely its own.

Standing 80cm tall with a 40cm playing surface, this is a proper unique wooden chessboard with drawers — the integrated storage drawers keep all 32 finely carved wooden chess pieces neatly housed when not in play. Whether set up for a game or simply displayed in a living room, study, or conservatory, it commands attention as a true statement piece.
