How to Roll Your Mat

1. Place the mat design-side down, rubber side up
2. Slowly roll from one end, pressing both sides with your hands
3. Always roll with the PU (design) side outward — the sticky surface can cause the mat to stick together if rolled inward

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth or soft sponge with diluted soap. Allow to dry before use. Avoid essential oils directly on the mat.
