Rosemary & Orange Shampoo Bar

Made in Newbury, Berkshire by Dale — a founder who started POSY London simply because she wanted a natural product that actually worked — this rosemary and orange shampoo bar is the result of real curiosity, proper research, and a certified formula that delivers.

Rosemary has long been celebrated for stimulating the scalp and encouraging healthy hair growth, while sweet orange oil adds a bright, uplifting citrus scent and a natural shine boost. Together they make a bar that's as good for your senses as it is for your hair.

The bar is crafted with a thoughtful blend of plant-derived ingredients: cocoa seed butter and jojoba oil condition and soften, hydrolysed wheat protein (the vegan alternative to keratin) helps repair and strengthen, and panthenol coats each strand to seal in shine and smoothness. The pH is carefully balanced with citric acid — because healthy hair is naturally acidic — and the formula is free from parabens, sulphates, and synthetic fragrances.

One 50g bar replaces a single-use plastic bottle, and POSY's packaging is paperboard, glass, or tin — nothing that will end up on a beach in 50 years. Dale even re-uses paper from other businesses to pack orders.

Best suited to dry, damaged, and colour-treated hair. Fine to medium hair will love the lightweight feel. Those with very oily scalps may prefer a clarifying formula.

Available in three options — bar only, bar in a cotton bag, or bar in a reusable tin — so you can choose the format that suits your routine and your values.

How to use

Wet your hair thoroughly. Rub the bar between your palms or directly onto your scalp to work up a lather. Massage in, rinse well, and follow with a conditioner bar if needed. Store on a soap dish between uses to extend the life of the bar.
