Yoga Studio Organic Cotton Buckwheat Lotus Meditation Bolster Cushion

A beautifully crafted meditation bolster in a distinctive lotus shape — designed to support the body deeply during meditation, restorative yoga, and pranayama breathwork.

The Lotus Meditation Bolster by Yoga Studio is filled with organic buckwheat hulls, which mould to your body's unique contours and hold their shape over time — unlike foam or fibre bolsters that compress and flatten with use. The buckwheat filling provides firm, grounding support that encourages the hips to open and the spine to lengthen naturally, making it easier to sit or recline in stillness for longer periods without strain.

The 100% organic cotton cover is GOTS certified, soft to the touch, and fully removable for machine washing. Both inner and outer covers zip away easily for re-stuffing if needed. A built-in embroidered carry handle makes it easy to take to class or move between rooms. Complies with UK Furniture and Furnishings Fire Regulations.

Available in 18 colours including Cappuccino, Midnight Blue, Sage Green, Saffron, Deep Pink, Aqua, Black, Coral, Ecru, Graphite Grey, Green, Turquoise, Navy, Purple, Burgundy, Teal, Terracotta, White, and Yellow.
